Elbow Units

There are three different units available in the RSLSTEEPER Elbow Units range, and all share the same advantages of durability and reliability. 

Accommodating both adults and children, these highly functional systems are widely prescribed throughout the world and are virtually maintenance free.

Automatic Elbow - Mk.14

One of the most durable elbow units currently available, the RSLSTEEPER automatic elbow is available in 3 sizes, has 7 lockable positions and also incorporates a lockable humeral rotation feature.  In addition, a free swing option is also provided. 

A prefabricated laminated forearm is also available in a choice of 4 shades and 4 wrist diameters to complete the build.

Hand Operated Elbow

A manually operated adult elbow system, supplied complete with forearm in a choice of 4 skin shades.

This unit has 5 lockable positions and 100 degrees of humeral rotation, and may also be locked in the free swing position.

Children’s Elbows

Available in two paediatric sizes, the Friction Elbow provide parent adjustable friction Control of both flexion/extension as well as internal and external rotation. 

Side bars are provided to allow the attachment of a custom made forearm.

In specific applications, this unit may also be used as a paediatric shoulder joint.  Please contact us for further details.
