Responding to clinical requests, we have made our Elegance range of silicone and PVC gloves in our new extra long style. This allows smooth transitions over the proximal socket brim and where needed, an extension to mid upper arm, providing a unique continuous cosmesis.

Elegance Silicone

• Tufsil 3™ new silicone with proven toughness
• Easy to clean with soap and water
• Extra stretch minimises the energy used by the hand

Using Tufsil 3™, our latest innovation in polymer technologies, these gloves offer the toughness associated with PVC but provide the ease of cleaning provided by silicones. In addition, Tufsil 3™ allows additional stretch, reducing the energy expended by an electric hand motor each time it opens. Properties of this polymer include improved tear resistance proven by clinical evaluations and up to 15% stretch, to allow even bulbous sockets to be accommodated.

These gloves are easy to fit and remove, allowing quick access to the hardware for maintenance and adjustment. They are simple to keep clean using soap and water.

Elegance gloves are available in a standard finish, as well as Truefinish™ (incorporating our micro pigmentation feature for added realism and depth). Both finishes are supplied with hand painted nails.
