With a team of more than 20 specialist engineers, RSLSTEEPER prides itself on offering a unique level of care and support to our clients.

From recommending the most appropriate system configuration to training and advice, our team is involved at every stage of the prescription and installation process to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.  We manage the system installation, service and maintenance, as well as tuition to the user, carer and family on how to maximise the benefits of the system.  In addition we leave clear instruction on how to request a service visit, and what to do if urgent support is needed.

Additional tuition and modifications to the system configuration to meet the changing requirements of our users are all included within the service visits we provide.

Each specialist is responsible for a specific region to ensure a continuity of care whilst gaining a familiarity and understanding of our clients needs, which we believe provides a significant benefit in offering a single contact point.  In addition, our central customer services desk also offers 24-hour assistance.

Our team is regularly updated with the latest in product developments to ensure that we offer the very latest technology to our clients - whether from our own range, or alternative suppliers products that may complement our systems.
