Features of the Protect Care Liner:

The minerals contained within the Protect Care Liner include vitamin E.  It reduces adhesion, allows easy donning and doffing and causes skin condition improvement within approximately 3 days. Vitamin E is an efficient biological antioxidant and protects the skin against the negative effects of sweating etc.

General indications:

• Residual limbs with poor skin and soft tissue cover (scarring, residual limbs with pressure-sensitive ends)
• Conical residual limbs as the distal wall is thicker
• Gout, rheumatism - the cover makes it easier to turn the liner inside out and thus easier to slide up over the residual limb. The same applies to taking the liner off.
• Diabetes mellitus
• Poor skin nutrition
• Flakey / dry skin
• Skin erythema
• Cracked skin
